Hi,
My name is Rich, I'm 28 years old and I'm from Germany. I was in the army for 10 years and I'm doing a certain kind of school every saturday morning until 2018. In case of that I'm playing a lot of Wow Vanilla right now and decided to rank as well.

• Resistance gear: 230 + NR atm

• Current and/or future professions: Gnomish Engineer 300/ Miner 300

• Consumables: Excluding the frequent major manas, Battle Chicken, thorium grenades my standard buffs are mongoose, juju mights, mageblood, scorpok assay, and mana oils and zanza.

• Addons: KTM , BigWigs, RaisAutoshot, Luna, Necb and many other pvp and other addons...

• Availability: I'm an Ex Soldier and I'm in school till July 2018. I can attend every raid.

• WoW experience:
  This is my fourth Wow Private Server and my third R13 Character (atm 11).
  Server: Nefarian (Ger) , Nostalrius (Horde), Kronos 2, Anathema (Alliance)
  I've cleared all content so far but I've never raided AQ ... All the servers died or got shutdown slightly before the AQ release. I'm mostly interested in PvP but I also like to PvE and give everything and 110% everytime.

• Current Status of Character:
  I definitely want to go for Rank 13 on this Hunter and I should be done in about 3-4 weeks. After that I'm going for BIS mix of the r10/t2/r12 items. My Weapon is still Rhok'dellar unfortunately.

• Person and other things:
  I don't really play any other video games beside WoW Vanilla because of the lack of interest and the pvp system in vanilla as well ofc :P . I know 2 guys of your guild from ranking, Moozie and Zetah and I enjoyed talking and playing with them. I can attend every raid and even raid 5-6 times per week if it is needed for progression or helping the guild out. But I can also take criticism and I want to improve myself every run to get better and better. There's maybe no spot for any hunter in your guild right now, and thats absolutely fine for me because im still in the progress of ranking. But I would really appreciate it if you guys give me some kind of backup Hunter spot for alt or Mc runs to prove myself and maybe become a fulltime raider of Theorycraft some day :) . Hi there. Unfortunately we've got about twice as many hunters as we need and can't fit them anywhere right now, like you mention. Yes, we could use some filling for our second MC and whatever the future may bring. I assume Moozie+Zeta would vouch for you?

Let me repeat though, fitting in a hunter is near impossible because at least currently we have hunters who have never missed a raid and do very good damage.

Hey,
I'm not sure, I haven't talked to them yet. Don't get me wrong, I don't want to be cocky or arrogant, but despite the fact of high raid attendance of your hunters, I've watched some dps meters and I have a different opinion about "very good damage" when I see Hunters with full t2 + xbow not reaching the 500dps + mark in MC even without world buffs. Please don't take this as an offense or insult... It's just my point of view as honest as it can be. I just want to join a guild with nice kind people that are also tryharding. And I'm totally fine with only MC raids for now, but I also want to have a small chance to prove myself in these raids and maybe become more than a backup hunter when I perform well.

We actually don't have any hunters with full t2 and xbow yet :P Apart from perhaps some of the new guys who I haven't yet have had the pleasure to really get familiar with. However, if you can beat Nihko/Moozie then you may indeed be worth having!

However, I've never been the kind of guy who replaces people simply because someone else who is prettier and does more dps comes along. It's still a videogame and we're not a try-hard guild per-se, although sometimes we have our tryhard moments (speedruns etc), but rather a community. Hence, had you been anything else but a hunter I'm sure we'd be all over you but now it's more challenging :)
